Students love my 30 Day Challenges. You will start Next Level University with a 30 Fast Start Challenge. You will get 4 weeks of 7 Day Big Rock Challenges. That sounds like a lot, but this is totally doable even for the player on the go. All you really need is 3 days a week, 20 to 40 minutes on court to complete the challenge.
