Foam rolling exercises are the most inexpensive, alternative to increase energy levels and to help aid in your tennis fitness recovery.<br \/>\nA foam roller is a cylindrical cone of resistant foam that can be easily placed between the body and the floor. Tennis players can position their body over the foam roller and use their body weight, to roll back and forth. Tennis is all about small set-up steps and last second adjustments.
