Day 1: Clone Fed's Backhand and Two Handed Novak Blueprint
Having a solid backhand can almost make you invincible as a tennis player.
Your opponents will automatically assume it is your weaker side.
When you show them that they cannot break your backhand down it leaves them feeling hopeless and they begin to feel you have NO weaknesses!
On Day 1 I will teach the One Handers how to clone Roger Federer's topspin backhand.
And I will teach the two handers Novak's two handed topspin blueprint.
This will give you the perfect base of solid fundamentals to start building the backhand of your dreams.
And as a bonus I have the BEST Backhand Videos on the one hander and two hander from our Tennis Con All Stars Top Tennis Training, and Kevin Garlington from Tennis Domination.
Day 2: The Ultimate Rally Ball
Want to win a boat load of matches?
Then you need to develop the ULTIMATE Rally Ball.
What is the Ultimate Rally Ball?
The Ultimate Rally Ball is a groundstroke you can hit with full confidence that goes in everytime and is almost impossible to attack!
I believe Novak has perfected this shot and Rafa is a close second.
Too many tennis players are chasing the “shiny object” of trying to figure out how to hit more winners.
But the smart tennis player knows the key to winning matches consistently is cutting down the unforced errors.
The Ultimate Rally Ball goes beyond that because not only are you eliminating mistakes but you are also hitting an offensive forehand that creates mistakes and easy short balls from your opponent.

Day 3: The Picture Perfect Backhand Slice
I think the 3 hardest shots in tennis to perfect are The Serve, The Backhand Slice, and the Backhand Volley.
If you learn today's lesson you will be killing two birds with one stone.
After today's lesson you will have amazing fundamentals on your backhand slice and backhand volley.
Learning the Picture Perfect Backhand Slice will add SO much variety to your game.
You will be able to:
- Control and handle pace
- Hit deadly low biting approach shots
- Chip low returns at serve and volley players
- And surprise you opponents with drop shot and lobs
So dive in to Day 3 and start becoming a more sophisticated tennis player!
Day 4: The Consistency Challenge
How many more matches will you win when you know you are capable of making 10, 20, or 30 aggressive cross court balls in a row?
The Consistency Challenge will get you there. This ball is a little lower than the ULTIMATE RALLY BALL and hit more aggressively.
We are not going for winners here, but we are looking to apply pressure to our opponent.
They will start to feel very uncomfortable and intimidated when you start to get good at the consistency challenge.
I would do this drill a minimum of 3 times a week for the next 30 days if you want to start improving your match results.
Day 5: ATP Advanced Footwork Patterns
The pros don’t waste steps!
And they use every step to play shots as offensively as possible.
The KINETIC chain is a REAL thing and cannot be ignored.
The main principle of the KINETIC chain is that athletes build power from the ground up.
If your movement is OFF you are robbing yourself of enormous power!
I will Upgrade Your Backhand by showing you the BEST way to move no matter what situation you find yourself on the court.
You will instantly learn how to turn defense into offense and how to recover with efficiency.
If you want to cover the court better it is all about working smarter with your movement and NOT harder.
Day 6: Return Like the Pros
When was the last time you served and returned great and STILL lost?
You might think I barely lose when I serve and return great!
Because the serve and return are the two most important skill sets in the game of tennis!
The sad part is most tennis players practice just hitting about 5 times more than practicing serve and returns.
I barely see return coaching and practice in group or private lessons and it is just a shame.
Most points end in 4 shots and most points are lost because of poor returns.
But imagine if you felt like you were the Novak of your club!!!!
No matter the pace or spin you could put every ball back in play.
Your opponents start to compare you to a human wall!
The harder they serve at you the faster the ball comes back.
Great returning is all about practicing and perfecting efficient well timed movements.
You MUST watch and practice day 6 if you want to get the MOST out of your game!!!!
Day 7: The Perfect Backhand Full Practice Session
On Day 7 you will day everything you learned in the first 6 days and bring it all together into a perfect practice session.
You will NOT waste-minute of your time when you hit the court and will practice every aspect of the Backhand.
