Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. Our goal is to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy that considers both the needs of our clients and the operational requirements of running high-quality tennis camps. Please read the following terms carefully.

  1. Cancellation Deadlines
    • More than 90 days before the camp: Refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • 60 to 89 days before the camp: 50% refund.
    • 30 to 59 days before the camp: 25% refund.
    • Less than 30 days before the camp: No refunds. However, you may transfer your booking to a future camp or another participant at no cost.
  2. Medical or Family EmergenciesIf you experience a verifiable medical or family emergency, you may transfer your booking to a future camp at no charge, subject to availability.
  3. Camp Cancellation or Postponement by Us If we must cancel or postpone the camp (e.g., due to extreme weather), you will be offered: We do have indoor backup so weather should not be an issue
    • A full refund, including your deposit, or
    • The option to transfer your payment toward a future camp.
  4. No-ShowsIf you fail to attend without notification, no refunds or transfers will be provided.
  5. Travel and Accommodation Costs We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
  6. Refund Process If eligible for a refund, a check will be mailed out to you within 7 to 10 business days.
