          We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. Our goal is to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy that considers both the needs of our clients and the operational requirements of running high-quality tennis camps. Please read the following terms carefully.<\/p>\n

          1. Cancellation Deadlines<\/strong>\n

            • More than 90 days<\/strong> before the camp: Refund minus a 10% administrative fee.<\/li>\n
            • 60 to 89 days<\/strong> before the camp: 50% refund.<\/li>\n
            • 30 to 59 days<\/strong> before the camp: 25% refund.<\/li>\n
            • Less than 30 days<\/strong> before the camp: No refunds. However, you may transfer your booking to a future camp or another participant at no cost.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Medical or Family Emergencies<\/strong>If you experience a verifiable medical or family emergency, you may transfer your booking to a future camp at no charge, subject to availability.<\/li>\n
            • Camp Cancellation or Postponement by Us <\/strong>If we must cancel or postpone the camp (e.g., due to extreme weather), you will be offered: We do have indoor backup so weather should not be an issue\n
