2. Move into selfie position
3. Make sure in selfie position your body has a tilt resembling a sea-saw
4. Again in Selfie Position make sure you feel a stretch in your hip pointer and oblique muscles on your tossing arm side
5. As you move into racket drop keep eyes and chest looking up at the ball
6. On contact make sure hitting arm is fully extended, chest and eyes trying their hardest to still be looking up at the ball
7. After contact notice how arm is extended and pronating out in front and off to the side
8. Land slightly out in front to the line, keeping eyes and chest balanced and focused on the target you just aimed for.
