The poach

Today we learn the art of the poach. The most dominate player on the court should be the net player on the serving team.

Too often this player ends up standing still like a log and is not a threat to the receiving team. One of the first moves
you want to perfect is the poach move after your partner serves the ball.

In today’s workout we work on this move over and over again so you take the right steps and have the correct timing

Enjoy

Pete
